Managers and colleagues are supportive and HR interventions for employee engagement are satisfactory. Work-life balance is great, unless someone is working on a pilot project.

Low-pay is the only biggest problem.

Flexibility at workplace is one of the best things here. Salary is more or less average/below par compared to the industry leaders. The work actually depends on the client you are working for, and some projects are decent but some are extremely bad. I am currently in the Risk LoB. Most of the work here is validation or other stuff which regular bank don't want to spend much time on or can't do by themselves due to regulatory guidelines. If you have an offer from other decent companies like Big4, full time banks, i would say don't join EVS.

...here at all. If you are in a not so good project, you will almost learn nothing. Also salary is low for campus hires. Though they claim human centric but i don't see any effort on upscaling employees.

Overall Company culture is good , regular events , infrastructure is good , company policies are good.

Dislikes

Evs is very bad at paying , if you are hired at a low salary you will remain at a low salary band as compared to other industry players. Annual increments are also very low.

Good for someone who wants to settle in Delhi NCR. Laid back work culture. Good training programs

Dislikes

Low pay among the peers. Not a good company for people with career ambition. Since it is KPO, nature of work is basic. Not a place for someone with Masters Degree.

Working environment is good. Very good opportunity for girls. Work life balance is there in post of the teams. Non monetary scope of growth is there, monetary growth is not upto the industry standards.

No bonus policy and three months notice period
