Only salary was a nice perk, however they have started to use unfairly tricks to cut down on incentives so basically do not believe the lies the HR tells you.

Not employee centric... No job security and the management only has one mind Hire and Fire, hence even you have given more than 03 years in the company and if for any reason you are not meeting your targets be ready to be fired.. Toxic culture and worst management, please do not join if you want job safety and are thinking about family future.

No work from home Almost zero appraisal Partiality when it comes to promotion Unneccasary work load New baseless policy every day Incentives are almost finished You get warning letter for anything now Impossible to get your leaves approved Can't take sick leave. You are asked to work even if you are unwell Senior manager is clueless Management just like to make life difficult for everyone Micro management on everyone Week off and shift changes frequently You have to break at odd times WFM acts like a dictator Lots of politics in office Only one way transport which is good for nothing Absurd policies which does not make any sense

Well you got to learn many things and you work on more than 20tabs which gives u a skill of multitasking

Dislikes

Company's culture is good ambiance is positive but the work load is more and salary is a bit less for fresher comparing with the work which they take.

You will get salary on time (Keep a Note only salary do not hope anything) Leaves policy are good can get off. Shifts are healthy not the work environment.

1. The bosses they think they are meant to rule the company they never want to talk or open for discussion. 2. Increment or Promotion are not in the company dictionary, But yes you may get that by lic*ing your boss a** as there is no way to get success by working smart, hard or good in this company. 3. Incentive or Increment is just an theory of goods dreams you may never get, They everyday comes with new perimeter to cutting the cost and to minimize the incentives and increment you would never get. 4. If you have any question do not ask as you will never get answer for that. 5. Never complain as you will come in to the bad books and will get targeted.

Just the shift time as I had a noon shift.

...osition just by doing chaatugiiri to their seniors and lie fellow colleagues. 2. No seriousness by top management sitting in Sweden and they are equally ignorant as they get people to work in less salary, I will advise new joiners to never join in less salary as due to these new joiners these companies keep harassing employees. 3. No good leave system, no good IJP system, no career progress, no good incentives, nothing. Just mere talks of being good as if they are something like google or Microsoft, where in reality they are worse than everyone. 4. Even experienced employees here are treated with disrespect and no value. 5. Worst company ever to waste your career time here. STAY AWAY.
