Only salary was a nice perk, however they have started to use unfairly tricks to cut down on incentives so basically do not believe the lies the HR tells you.

Not employee centric... No job security and the management only has one mind Hire and Fire, hence even you have given more than 03 years in the company and if for any reason you are not meeting your targets be ready to be fired.. Toxic culture and worst management, please do not join if you want job safety and are thinking about family future.

Increment or Promotion are not in the company dictionary, But yes you may get that by lic*ing your boss a** as there is no way to get success by working smart, hard or good in this company. 3.
