Torture level high Only blaming to who is doing actual work. No understanding, no learning. Worst company. Far away from Andheri station. Don't join.

Nothing. The Managers are more egoistic than the CEO'S and VP's. They will absolutely spoil your career and not even let the CEO or VP's & Directors know about the way they micromanage and create favouritism.

...opment process. Old primitive way of Punching In & Out through biometric system. Even the HR (Assistant) will call you before few days of preparation of salary and ask about your attendance details if it's missing and then report this to HR Manager and many micromanagement in the HUMAN RESOURCES Department itself. A Company's backbone is it's HR HEAD and fellow employees in HR. But the Backbone is not strong enough for this company to grow as in when it comes to Employee Retention. This Company seriously needs a CHRO or a VP of HR to manage or replace the HR Manager and her assistant. They are absolutely playing a bad game of favouritism. The result is on ambition box rating itself ( few months ago it was rating 4.3 stars and now came to 4 stars)

Manager gives equal opportunities to all the team members As compared to other companies politics is not at all there I would suggest people to join here so that they get a chance to learn new things. Always we get liberty to do things in our own style within the deadlines that we need to follow. Manager is always available to help us whenever we are stuck.

Location of office everything is impossible to reach there. There is cab service but 2 cab for 150 employee. If you're on any department please don't believe on hr what they committed with you when you are in they will forget what role you are hired. If you are developer ignore call from etp like a spam. Multiple tasks for one. That to given by different person. You will tell to wait till late and get nothing form it. They don't have resources. They will call you on Saturday Sunday to work. Don't think you will learn something over here for freshers it is totally wast of time. Bond of 1.5 year's which get free tension stress. Joined at your own risks
