Etech has a good work culture. You will love to work here.

Salary they provide is very less in comparison to market. There are markdown in each and every basic and minute thing other than work. No diwali gifts or bonus.

The company is good, The work culture, and work-life balance is extremely loving, and the leadership team is really supportive at all times, and even the employees are awesome to work with

Only one thing that makes me sad is about the salary, which is much lower than what I've expected, and it's been a year now, and no salary hike is seen

Company has taken significant measures to e sure employees have job security in this hardship of covid by implementing work from home policy which is quite remarkable. The overall plan for WFH has benefited a lot to employees as well as organization to continue normal course of business and make sure financially each one of us is secured. Social distancing at work place is also taken care at the best.

Dislikes

The compensation scheme could have been bit better. Like employees till now have been nearing inter expectations se which us being utilized for organization purpose. Moreover rather than spiking targets and making last moment changes in incentives plans, a more convenient scheme could have been in place which helps employees to earn incentives and have an extra layer of financial support in this hardship of covid. Currently the compensation plan in place is not that stable and changes too frequently making it difficult to earn as per potential.

Job security, work like balance, recognition, valuing people.

Dislikes

Low appraisal. They hire new comers with higher salary. Won't pay loyal employee more, and don't even try to retain them. Also a bit of groupsim and office politics.
