The problem with the place is the fact that they do not consider you as human and tend to think of you like a machine. The supervisors are not supportive and the HR would try to oppress you as much they can. Not only this, there is no skill development here. All you would learn is how to speak in the English period. If you are really desperate and feel you have nothing better to do you can consider this job else please do not join. The management is really bad and the environment is full of bully.

Management at etech is pathetic, from transport to salary everything is mismanagement. supervisor Mr. Nishit dave and 3 other working under him are always out of office never on seat and whenever in office they are always over phone having personal talk and planning. Pheny manek and Ayan are two people who gave us training which was never updated an we use to wait for the updates. Shift timings, transport, salary, office atmosphere, canteen etc nothing is satisfying. people out there if planning to take job in etech think twice as hr and management are good for nothing. At the time of interview we were informed about leave alternate saturday but we worked on US festivals and even on all saturdays and sunday too. Etech insight QA work for just fab process i use to work. starting first days we use to sit whole day in cafeteria and just waited for training to start day to end. Work life is boring and nothing at office is like makes you happy.

...th. You can work to get corporate experience. I liked their pick n drop service. They provide good competitive salary to fresh college graduates.

Dislikes

Internal politics are actually killing there brand image. Religious remarks from managers. Under qualified people are sitting on higher position. No promotions and increments after 1 year. If you know how to make your bosses happy then you may get promotions. They can fire you anytime without any warnings. No job security at all. No work life balance. I had to leave this company only because of their illiterate management. Companies are not bad, but it's people make it worse. Not every senior manager is bad. There are few good old people who are very supporting. But you need to make good bond and connect with them.

Work life balance worst, I agree salary and insensitive looks good when salary is credited but money is not worth sacrificing you work life balance

Etech is an organization that believes in and works on the philosophy of Servant Leadership. If you have the will to grow and openly communicate it with your leadership, they will definitely help you. Not only this Etech motivates you to set a future goal for yourself and supports you to achieve it. The work-life balance and the leadership are amazing here.

Dislikes

Etech is not the best paymaster in the industry in terms of leadership roles. In many departments, agents withdraw more salary than leaders. The compensation that they provide like transportation is still the same as in inception.
