.... However, management has not converted any contract employees during this time. Additionally, there have been no salary hikes, overtime allowances, or public holidays. This experience has left me feeling that I wasted my time, effort, and money in a role that did not meet my expectations or provide the promised benefits.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and Management is transparent.

There is lot of politics But the management helps in our issues. Salary is decent and career growth is good . And job training is also good

A lot of work pressure . 5-6 meeting every day a lot of time waste of employee. Wasting time in meetings work load meeting No job security But as per banks in India this company comes under diamond level . Good reputation

Extend shifts on daily basis. Management is very poor, they hired everybody from their respective families in this company. It's a call centre in IT consulting. Nothing to learn about, just maintain the calling each 9 hr. They will allow much break your will hardly take 1 hr. of break in a day. Always stick to chair. You need a big stringy tounge to survive in this org.

There are so such dislike about eTeam
