Nothing they are fraudsters. Just when the time of retention bonus came which they promise. They terminate their employees and hire new ones from the same money.

Stressful environment. No work life balance No open communication No resources to work. Cheap mentality No recognition

I'm so lucky to be a part of eTeam. This was my first job, right after my MBA graduation. My team lead and team mates helped me alot during my initial phase. A bit of pressure is there, but still it is manageable.

Dislikes

Just the compensation part is little bit low else everything is fine

E Team is a Good platform to grow the career. It has nice work environment and nature of employees is truely awsome. I specially likes the calleauges and their friendly nature in eteam.

I am disappointed with the salary providing by the company, It does not suits the standard of this company. And there is very less career growth.
