Salary on time only.

Dislikes

Extend shifts on daily basis. Management is very poor, they hired everybody from their respective families in this company. It's a call centre in IT consulting. Nothing to learn about, just maintain the calling each 9 hr. They will allow much break your will hardly take 1 hr. of break in a day. Always stick to chair. You need a big stringy tounge to survive in this org.

...ily termination warnings 3. Timely demotivation will be served on your desk . 4. Recurring bonus scam, (if you have completed this months Target, but unable to achieve next month's target they'll cancel out your this months incentive with with next month). Too much unprofessional language will be used towards you.

Nothing they are fraudsters. Just when the time of retention bonus came which they promise. They terminate their employees and hire new ones from the same money.

Full of office politics and favouritism. Also, there is no systematic way. One can avail their earned leaves only if someone else is ready to do all there works for the entire leave durations. This makes it really difficult for the other person who has to be the backup. Also, they will ask you to make 100 outbound calls a day to fulfill your performance metrics which makes it more of a BPO job rather than an Employee Relationship HR. Unless you are a personal favourite of your manager you will not be appreciated for your hard works but will be criticized terribly on your slightest mistakes.

... will be able to understand that the other person is accusing you based on lies. They also do not pay you overtime even if you are being required to work 2 hours extra in most of the days to complete work.
