As per my experince people are support me but managemnet level needs to improve very hard for old employee if he/she contiuing work with long time.I hope company

No promotion/no hike in salary enahncement as per Market.

The company is very fast in regarding project and operation completed successfully as per customer satisfaction.I feel that very good platform for learner's where employee can show his ability.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent,but growth is slow.The work pressure is very high.Sometimes,I have to work 18-20 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls sometimes late into the night.I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but the mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisal.

Plus point of company is that my colleague comes from various cultural background,and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee re-hire policy here.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. Olive the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high quality products and has a global client base. As a result, I get to travel abroad , especially to tha us and india

Employee friendly environment with good opportunity for career growth. Management is always open with ongoing and upcoming scenario. time to time training help employee to gain technical knowledge.
