A very poor & bad Company with very poor Salary Structure. HR has no role to play. No job security. No appraisal. Seniors have no knowledge about the market. No learning development. Director always abuses their employees. No regional office. HR is just like a pupet of your immediate superior. No culture... I suggest to not join in this company.

Good products. Salary and expenses comes in a bit delay 2 or 3 days but it's ok.

Not a single issue of dealers are addressed. Every commitment made is not to be maintained. No body responds to any mail, nor will give any solution. Employees literally get thrashed in the Market for this type of non supportive culture. Immediate manager will only give consolation that this issue will be addressed soon. That's it
