C2H employee have to submit the screen shots of timesheet every month to credit salary. They don't interact with their clients on this. HR won't respond if you have any query.

Very bad experience with this recruitment. I have cleared three rounds with their client cognizant but they did not proceed and not shared the offer letter even after negotiating the salary part.

Six of us joined Sonata software as Office 365 engineers under the payroll of esoftlabs on 23rd Oct 2020. Esoftlabs haven't payed our salary for the month of Oct and Nov yet (8th Dec 2020). Most of the time the HRs at ESL do not answer the calls and when they do, they give lame excuses like the client hasn't approved rate card, need bank account details (which they already have) etc. DON'T join esoftlabs!

Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.
