Job Summary:

We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced SAP Event Management (SAP EM) Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, implementation, and support of SAP EM solutions to enable real-time tracking, monitoring, and proactive management of business process eventsprimarily in logistics, supply chain, and transportation processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP Event Management (EM).
  
• Integrate SAP EM with core SAP modules such as SAP TM (Transportation Management), SAP EWM, SAP ERP (SD/MM/LE), and third-party systems.
  
• Develop and configure event handler types, event messages, and event processing rules.
  
• Work closely with business users to gather requirements and map them into SAP EM functionalities.
  
• Customize and support visibility processes for logistics and supply chain events (e.g., shipments, deliveries, goods movement).
  
• Configure and support event message interface using IDoc, PI/PO, or web services.
  
• Ensure seamless tracking and monitoring across the end-to-end supply chain.
  
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams (ABAP developers, SAP TM/EWM consultants) for integrated solution delivery.
  
• Perform testing, training, and documentation of SAP EM solutions.
  
• Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement fixes.
