The company is providing micro loans to the people who are in need of small loans and the loan process is very simple. I am glad to be a part of the team who is working for the people who are under privileged. I got the experience to interact and work with an awsome team. Helped me to take right decisions under pressure.

Salary is unsatisfactory. Growth in the form is slow. Working hours are really hectic.

Also they will not pay your performance bonus even if it is written on your offer letter, as they think its bank's discretion. Don't join ESAF save your money and career. My only suggestion to ESAF is change full HR and bring people who are experienced in HR.
