I liked this work because I don't have to work for anyone, here the work is mine and the field is mine as well where everybody calls me Sir and Madam and doing the work depends on oneself, away from work,

Here the incentive is less and the salary is also less and the timing is also 6-45 in the morning and in the evening it is 7 to 8

Our things are not secure in the office. If we tell our things are missing they do not check with camera. If the missing thing is taken by person, who has hold in ESAF, they do nothing. They don't give performance pay after they done the interview with the person for the same. Performance pay is last years our hard work's amount. I don't know why they block that amount after resignation. We will stay office for around 10,11 night, they don't give OT for that. If it is wfh the working time is 9am to 11pm. They want their work is done that's all.

Has to improve the style of dealing with staffs. Salary to improve a lot. Very slow growth for staffs. Always show partially. Here the problems and make solutions for the one side only. Dont even enquire with the victims

Esaf is the best because it's culture is very nice and my 5 year's experience Company policies are good appraisal are fair and they give good salary and bonus every year
