... Toxic culture like whitehat is in thanks to a senior person hired from Vedantu. They dont pay your incentives on time. Lie to you about leads etc. everything here has gone downward since last 4-5 months with good people either leaving or getting laid off. I wouldn’t recommend anyone joining this company. If you are ok working like a robot just for the sake of weekend holiday without any growth or learning then this is the place.

Depends on who you work with. It’s the people that make the business or break it.

No job security, the culture was very different in 2016 up to 2019, it’s become horrible since then. Think of it as the next Biju’s because Biju’s and real estate sales leadership has come in, sales is no longer on commission which is completely illogical.

I was laid off inspite of wotking whole heartedly....no valid justification....was paid though.....but loosing job also impacts ones self esteem. Management plays a lot of politics. All work was done by me and credit taken by someone else. No one bothered to cross vetify and laid me off.

No transparency on decisions taken. Management only imposes decisions. HR is for namesake. If you are favored by your boss everything will work fine for you otherwise you are thrown around. No clarity on job role/ function. Everyday new things are told
