No job security, the culture was very different in 2016 up to 2019, it’s become horrible since then. Think of it as the next Biju’s because Biju’s and real estate sales leadership has come in, sales is no longer on commission which is completely illogical.

When it started off it was good. Company had good funding and seemed to have overhired. They have now started laying off people. Toxic culture like whitehat is in thanks to a senior person hired from Vedantu. They dont pay your incentives on time. Lie to you about leads etc. everything here has gone downward since last 4-5 months with good people either leaving or getting laid off. I wouldn’t recommend anyone joining this company.
