No work life balance, Salary hike is not upto market standards. Work culture is average. There is no time to be part of any occasion. Always in peak season. Lack of improvement in the technology platforms.

1. Skip work as US people mostly don't really respect India team and think they we will always make mistakes. 2. The RM team helps you move your work to someone else if you are too busy.

...ssign anyone as your coach, not focused on employee's growth and development. 5. No extra perks other than your salary. No motivation to work.

Work life balance is next to zero unless you have serious boundaries and/or don't care about what your manager thinks. Promotions are like anywhere else - tough. But they have way more variations in reasons to not promote you, basically nothing is enough. Self learning is the only way to learn and expand your knowledge because once you get in a role it's unlikely that you'd be learning much of anything else except what's required in YOUR process
