Ericsson is open to innovation and quickly adopts latest technology. I love the fact that i am a part of a team that markets reliable, high quality products and has a global customer base. Also, i get to travel abroad via Ericsson. Another, point of excitement is that my colleagues come from various cultural background and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee re-hire policy in Ericsson.

Compensation is soso, but growth is too slow. Work pressure varies from client to client. Sometimes, have to work continuously for 12-16hours in a day or for a week. I do receive appreciation emails from clients.

Managers can easily bypass company policy as their needs. No work life balance. Need work on holidays also, no benefit for working overtime or on weekends or holidays. No growth pros
