I really like the culture of Ericsson. There is job security. Most of all you don't have to be stuck at single project, if you have the potential and capability to grow you can get into any project. There is constant feedback taken from your managers and peers.

Superb work culture and good Work life Balance. The encourage you to take soo many certifications to polish your skills.

Dislikes

Not all people get good salary hike. If you are in Networking then it would be difficult for you to switch companies. Company not willing to pay more to the existing employees. Hard to change your project or domain.

*Big, stable and reputed Company *Salary on time *Flexible to wfh ( depends upon relation with manager ) * Subsidized meal ( Rs 50 per meal )

* Only 1 free team outing in an year * Most of the managers dont do anything rather than looking into ppt or staring at screen for 8 hours( They don't work, they just act to work) * Sarkari office type team environment. * Your promotion and increament depends solely upon your relation with your manager, doesn't matter how hard you work the entire year.

Job security is pretty decent. Also, if you are working in Software Development, there is much you can learn.

Dislikes

Compensation and benefits are very limited. Also you may go to a team where you will work a lot more than you are paid. Whatever you learn, this type of behavior from the management eats into your job satisfaction. The growth opportunities are also pretty limited as Ericsson is not a proper Software Development company. Benefits provided by the company is also much more limited compared to many other MNCs.
