... time and pass on the messages from upper management to team members. That's it. For this work they are paid huge salary and the engineers who do the whole delivery for the customer, they are left to justify for each and every goal that is fabricated by managers.

Compensation and Career growth is terrible. There is no competence development and your skills are same working long years. The job profile is very petty one and low level work comes.

It is nice to work this type of company. They have nice Work Culture in terms of Work Life Balance.

There salary and compensation is very very bad. Joining time they provide good package but after that increment is not good.

The post important thing in Ericsson is the culture. We respect each other, we listen to each other. Freedom of speech is integral part of the Ericsson culture. Freshers are also treated with respect. The learning and development of the employees is another aspect of Ericsson policy. Employees are trained with new technologies. Also, there are lots of opportunities to apply those new learnings.

There is nothing to dislike about Ericsson. But there is certainly a scope of improvement with respect to compensation.

Some people is actually humble and helping for all area .it would feel you good.

The working time is too frequently change cause mental health issues... Also the on call night support is not consider in any of the pay ....after night call support you have to do you morning shift as well....no relaxation for that..
