Overall Good company with work life balanced culture, but don't expects any hikes/bonus as bosses are not helpful, if you carried learning altitude then this company are having many things to reach otherwise keep running like headless chickens!!

...is very limited. The manager is not in good terms with any of the support teams. These people do not pay any heed to the qualms of their employees. The performance assessment is also biased and skewed, to an extent where the manager had promised their employee an increased compensation if they could provide incriminating evidence against employees who are not in their good books. The HR personnel are there for namesake only. The organization had a good objective when it started out which led to new employees believe that they have a bright future within the company. However, due to certain elements within the organization, the beliefs and the objectives of the organization have been left hanging. There is no proper work culture and the employees are made to work on holidays even if it is the mistake of the manager. The infrastructure is very poor and the ERP is outdated. The manager especially is not flexible when it comes to personal leaves and does not bother about the well being of the employees. Overall it was a very bad experience.

...anagement is very bad and in this company sales people are treating like itler . And appraisals are very bad but one good thing is in covid - 19 they give salary .

There is lot of political in this company Environmental, culture, policies, sales people treating way, basic needs, and Infrastructure, career growth is very slow

The company is open to innovation and resolution adopts latest technology .i love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable high quality products and has a global client base. A

Compensation is decent ,but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 10-12 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls on the evening and sometimes late into the night.
