Top management peoples are don't have basic process knowledge even operation head also same condition.Decision making and problem solving skills are zero.They need only higher package but zero accountability. operation head working as a insulation supervisor only.One proper contract supervisor enough for doing this job no need head .Plant having many operation issues but no one not ready to solve those issues.Technical team not required here.This plant every department work done by only one department that is production. So many photographer joined in QA team.If production wants to do all others work means what is the use of others like QA,technical,logistics,safety,HR.5s carried by all departments not only production. leader should example of others but here even lock down time also they are prepared schedule as their own convenient.All heads are sitting in home in the name of work from home.Even they are not performing work place also then how from home.Head quality this place is very poor.Even government also not like this.How MD allow such policy here,very crazy.

1. No Work life balance & Toxic environment. 2. You can see Live Examples of corporate politics. 3. No job security. 4. Don't believe on top management they will not help you at all (Less work & High chuguli )...... Only blaming you in final situation with false allegations. 5. Don't spoil your career by joining procurement department as per report 9 employees resigned within 4 months.... Half of them not completed their probation period. 6. Now you just imagine the level of mental harassment. 7. Lots of micro management. 8. If you are in any serious family issues & you need urgent leave then they will not grant leaves but will tell story of pending works........but in own family issues they are free to go home. 9. You have to work in saturday & sunday (weakly off days). All other days & nights if require...... Else boss will tell to give resign. 10. Inside one department there are 2 groups........Example:- Ye mera ladla hey to isko bol ta hoon doosre group ka poll kholega.

1) There is no peace of mind. 2) it's a mere clerical work especially in procurement which will get you no where in future. 3) unrealistic targets are set by Boss's without discussing with team and that is again implicated on the juniors. At the end of the day Junior is at fault and not that Boss who has committed falsely. 4) You can work overtime if the job demands but that will not be appreciated anywhere and you end up messing your personal well being which is of utmost importance. 5) If you tend to show inclination of sticking to the job due to any reason like location or family constraints then that is taken as a weak nerve and played around by boss. 6)You will feel that you are not worthy when all of the above things happen and this becomes torture and one will end up being miserable.
