The only thing I liked was that company provided townships where the price of rooms/flast was very less.

...chy system just everyone reporting to everyone, didn't quite understand ranking. 12 Salary is quite less compared to the work you have to put into. 13 Instead of promoting team work, manager tries to make you fight against each other.

Salary in time. Canteen, bus, medical policy.

High internal politic. In CT no control in production.long time 12 hrs duty due to less man power. O.head thought he is God, even resign approval at the last day only after begging many times. Unprofessional, poor decision maker, zero motivation, self fish, head wt man sitting as head. Due to his bad decision entire prod team always affect. He blindly here his pet word only. He donate one area to his pet child for playing anything. How management blindly accept this foolish action. So ground level teams are demotivate and leaving. HR team not supportive.

The local HR is a joke. They will take 3 months to complete one interview. There's one lady there, she'll take a million years to take your call. They will forget after taking an interview or keep candidate's hanging. The most inefficient local dept. The HQ HR is very good but not of much use.

Overtime with no benefits. Excessive deduction in net salary. Management decision making poor. Safety and medical care not up to mark. Township in remote location with limited resources.

Dislikes

The micromanagement, the thing which destroys the organisation from within. Majority of managers are demotivated and dis interested and have no trust on team. The leadership program was a good approach by the company took but is a doesn't seem to make a difference as managers have not changed a bit and just taken the program for tour. The majority of the key top management have come to Epsilon just to spend their last years of working life. Promotions are only given to MANAGERS FAVOURITES. Otherwise hike is below average for the rest. Young generation has very few to learn or innovate. Social life is really horrible as nothing is there for family time. People can come spend a year take the hike and move on to other job. God help Epsilon !!
