Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition! Episource is a great place to work as a beginner as the company provides the employees with the opportunity to learn and grow besides providing certification assistance. With many of the seniors, team leaders and managers being amicable and cooperative, the overall atmosphere is conductive for smooth working.

One of the main problems I have noticed is that there is not much salary hike in the company. Even though freshers get a healthy salary that is best in the industry, experienced hands don't get the salary they deserve.

...nother chance is given. the trainers do not teach u properly during training . They directly fire the employees and not even giving the salary of days you have worked. The company doesn't even care about you no facilities are being provided. HR does not tell about these exam during interview and selection process. later will not respond to ur calls and mails. I request all the freshers and job seekers plz do not join episource plz find any other company or job. plz dont leave ur current job and join episource
