I like the work culture,also the eLearning program has really helped me a lot in that I have gained knowledge which am applying during my work force as Field service technician and the diagnosis technics

... in contract. No value for th. Even the annual day is celebrating without them. No salary hike after an year. We cant innovate anything just follow. For technical writers just a copy paste job. Nothing to learn and grow. There is nofacilities from epiroc .. Terrible

...dering them. Whatever decisions taken in the meeting will not be followed later. If you got offer from other company manager said to stay here but salary no hike If you support or help with other team member, the team leader feels jealous over it instead of appreciating/encouraging. If you have machine knowledge, team leader said not to share with anyone. Though we don't have work to do, they are asking us to bill 40 hours a week. We don't know how to bill the hours without work. Felt like living in a pickle.

Compensation is not up to mark as per industry standards. Salaries are way less compared to their Competitors in the same segment. You cannot ask questions to management as it may have adverse affect in your career growth.

Management is not process oriented it's person oriented. Epiroc policies differs for person to person. Promotions are like R&D, but work life is like a Start up. There is no work-life balance. There is no perfection towards the work. Lot of internal politics. There is no proper support from higher management. There is no systematic way for operating the organisation. There is no work life balance, utilisation is the only thing they consider. No support for developmental plans. There is no value for the work with quality. Only needs to finish with in less time. No proper way of planning to work. Company is working for 5days, but you should work for 7days to reach company requirements. There is no organized way of working. Everything calculated, even break timings.
