This one happens only Bangalore Epiroc 100% micro management No machine/technical and product knowledge with in team Visible partiality behaviour by management between on roll and contract employees There is no dress code in Epiroc. But, the manager(kalai samuel) insisted us to come in a dress code. But she is not following it. Everyday meeting is there but no useful discussion/ improvement, fully waste of time. If you give any suggestions on time, he/she is not considering them. Whatever decisions taken in the meeting will not be followed later. If you got offer from other company manager said to stay here but salary no hike If you support or help with other team member, the team leader feels jealous over it instead of appreciating/encouraging. If you have machine knowledge, team leader said not to share with anyone. Though we don't have work to do, they are asking us to bill 40 hours a week.
