Work and Technical things are goods.

Dislikes

Management is not process oriented it's person oriented. Epiroc policies differs for person to person. Promotions are like R&D, but work life is like a Start up. There is no work-life balance. There is no perfection towards the work. Lot of internal politics. There is no proper support from higher management. There is no systematic way for operating the organisation. There is no work life balance, utilisation is the only thing they consider. No support for developmental plans. There is no value for the work with quality. Only needs to finish with in less time. No proper way of planning to work. Company is working for 5days, but you should work for 7days to reach company requirements. There is no organized way of working. Everything calculated, even break timings....Read More
