Only salary coming on time but now days salary also keeping on hold

I was there as collection manager for more than 13+ months , There is partiality going on , if we work from heart the managers are jeolous they are like women's of companies, totally rubbish and 3rd class before i resign 5-6 employees resign they don't like if someone earning good incentives. So before joining this company think twice than join .

Culture shock, it's one of the best most flexible, understanding, nurturing, and accepting places I have ever worked. The founders as well as top folks are amazing people.

After 10 months, it's an achievement that I do not have anything that I don't like about this place.

Nothing only show off doing that they are growing

Work culture is bad. They ask you to work late night. Old employees has Saturday off but new employees don't have. So treat everyone same policy not there

Company culture is good. Not HR especially the Head. He is mannerless. Attitude issues.

When it comes to HR Department. Work culture is pretty much not in line. Where everything is a priority and then at the time of appraisal they kick you out just because they have to fit in the budget.

The company believes in open door policy. And you will see that being practiced every day. The managers are really good. They trust you. If you have potential and zeal to learn you will see great career growth here. They let you take up more responsibilities and projects if you wish to. Even interns are encouraged to take up projects where they learn-fail-learn and also contribute to the company growth. We have 5 values Collaboration - Much needed as you will be working with many functions Innovation - They encourage us to be curious Agility - They encourage us to get learning from our failures. Here failures are not looked down at. Respect - self explanatory Ownership - take complete ownership of your work. For that if you have to take some decisions which you never took before - do it. It's your baby, completely upto you how you want to take care of it. I joined here as an Intern with no prior experience in the domain. But my team n manager trusted me. Now I work here as Assistant Manager. Glad that I landed here as my first job in HR.
