Two many = bad Founders no knowledge on retail business , favors mis ,risk and tech team. Worst risk team who never give limit but want business . No ground team but want business to come from ground team . Salary increase was esops but lied not given . Fooling us and destroying life

Because of data analysis team and settlement team , many people losing jobs . They are fou ders favourite and due to then huge loss every month but founder protecting them and sacking good people . Data team is daily doing work home . Look at so many people leaving
