Our cs manager is very bad . Always we to tell our head dept pls help and he always help . Other depts are doing time pass with cusyomer issues with no responze and every time our senior striglle to solve as they aslo are helples as old team members and no care for others no fear

...t they we won't pay salaries if wanna continue with us stay until company open. And they didn't pay my February salary also till now.

Some do time pass full day and management no action . Strategy person whole time drinking Pepsi and busy on online shopping . Sales head blames us Irritated us full day as sits whole day in founder room . Many leaving jobs as good people are going

Two many = bad Founders no knowledge on retail business , favors mis ,risk and tech team. Worst risk team who never give limit but want business . No ground team but want business to come from ground team . Salary increase was esops but lied not given . Fooling us and destroying life
