Perks and salary are really good.

Dislikes

Project allocation process and Resources management is highly disappointing. Very less project getting chances and a joiner takes atleast takes 3 months for getting project.

- Anytime promotion based on assessment, it has pros and cons. PROS: You can apply anytime. CONS: Even if you do it good in project yet you need to appear in assessment and clear it. - Good appraisals - Health Insurance is competitive to product org or even better - Good tax saving options

- You won't feel engaged to organization as there is no much engagement with company except salary. You will be all the time working for client closely. - No outing or engagement activities in person - Leaves are less compared to other companies

Poor work life balance New hires from other service based organizations diminish the culture Less long term and onsite projects because client are US based. Though onsite in Hungary and similar countries is still possible after spending sometime here.
