It was good experience. but my expectations was little high for salary. there were only 10k gap between my salary being an operation manager and team leader’s salary. one team was handling 20 headcount and i was handling 160 headcount. rest all support staff are very supportive. leaned so many things

Lots of salary issue with Eureka they are doing fraud with there employees. The are already taking 15 days more after salary cycle to release salary in this they also provide salary in installments it's really feels like we are collecting Chanda from Eureka

Not getting any support .. not given work from home and office .. not giving salary as well .. they had asked to write the letter not to give salary till lockdown.. not given any update to report office after Eureka open..not liking any thing ..

Salary was late every month, dirty politics from clients and management. Force to work daily 14 hours without extra pay after completing shifts. While working there personal life got destroyed and got divorced from wife as I was not able to give time

I don't remember anything just because only I got terrible experience in this wild namely company.

Employees are treated like animals no one listen you, salary issue, management issue, hr issue, tl issue, employee is abused, punching issue you don't get your complete salary, even you give more than 8 hours of login, employees don't get salary on time, too much work pressure, employee is forced to work 8 to 10 hours and NO OT, also too much target pressure, third class wild namely company worst namely company of the world, namely seniors don't listen to employee, so you can understand how much this company is worst. And one more thing if in your bucket you have 3 off so you will get only one off after begging so many times for your own off. And tl bhupender has no manner to talk with employees he abuse them whenever he wants and when employee complaint against him so no one do anything against him and he brings his seniors on their knees whenever he wants I think he knows some dark secrets of eos that's why no one takes action against him.
