...cure if you perform well. You have to work on Saturdays also except 2nd and 4th. Don't expect salary in month early mostly 2nd week you will get it. You will learn more and your skills also grow here. Before joining check designation, roles and responsibilities. Here HR management is slow ..means they delayed in replying to mails, giving offer letter, etc.. They conduct indoor games max monthly once don't except this everytime, but yearly sports fest is there, it should be great at the time.

Giving salary in very late. No proper roles and responsibilities for designation. Everything took time, very slow process.

Skill Development and Learning for Freshers or less experienced employees.

Previously it was good on Salary and Promotions, job security. But now, it's feeling like No job security, no proper company culture, no salary on time and promotions.

Salary not on time and good talents are underutilized it's just 2-4 managers decide what shall be done for the project irrespective of the best best talents advise and customers comments you will always feel demotivated from every aspect

Salary is never on time no bonus no proper work culture no training mor over when you try leaving envision there is 90 days notice period with no proper final settlements and no proper HR management

Salary is always delayed by 3-4 months. Never clears the full and final settlement amount. If you are leaving the organization then you have to sign multiple bonds...
