Your job is 1000% secure if you perform well. You have to work on Saturdays also except 2nd and 4th. Don't expect salary in month early mostly 2nd week you will get it. You will learn more and your skills also grow here. Before joining check designation, roles and responsibilities. Here HR management is slow ..means they delayed in replying to mails, giving offer letter, etc.. Here there is no training. After selection i worked as a intern for 3months after they give full time opportunity. From 1st day of job they included in project, i learned many things and my skills are increased.

Well, 90 % of the things are to be disliked : 1. No Appreciation or Motivation by senior leadership 2. Constant false promises by senior leadership 3. They have only one Modus Operandi: Commit big and fake things to the client, send the fresher untrained BAs to the client onsite location, and then sit back and relax, they will not deliver anything 4. Salaries are never on time for the last 4 years 5. HR doesn't give a damn about your concerns 6.
