Challenges in the organization - Lack of support: Engineering manager and existing employees are not supportive; you won't receive help to understand the current product flow. - Engineering manager is very danger person in Entrata, if you ask questions related to product then you may get fired or being placed on PIP. - Existing Engineering Manager/Employees having so much interest to know your package/salary but you should not respond. - Expected to work late into the night. - If you have financial dependency then you will in trouble and potentially harming your career - I would rate this organization in RED

I have been working with Entrata more than 5 years it has been Incredible journey from the day one. Entrata has good work life balance and flexibility in working hours.

- Salary compensation need to improve as per the market standard.

- Appraisal process related changes are uncertain. It can be improved in terms of salary and benefits

...nly a very high level of abstraction of it just to use it in simple functions. 4) Don't expect a salary hike here, what you get at joining is the only best they can provide. 5) Found a very high level of dis-criminations within a team.

1. Work-life balance takes a hit because of compulsory late night hours to interact with foreign team members. 2. Job security is not at a satisfying level. Some managers do indulge in a sort of power harassment, where extra work is demanded at the whims of job insecurity. 3. Work satisfaction and promotion/appraisals are not at satisfactory levels.
