Challenges in the organization - Lack of support: Engineering manager and existing employees are not supportive; you won't receive help to understand the current product flow. - Engineering manager is very danger person in Entrata, if you ask questions related to product then you may get fired or being placed on PIP. - Existing Engineering Manager/Employees having so much interest to know your package/salary but you should not respond. - Expected to work late into the night. - If you have financial dependency then you will in trouble and potentially harming your career - I would rate this organization in RED

I have been working with Entrata more than 5 years it has been Incredible journey from the day one. Entrata has good work life balance and flexibility in working hours.

- Salary compensation need to improve as per the market standard.

- Great work culture that is nurtured by the good people who work here. Applicable to both Indian and US colleagues you'd work with. Humble, Approachable, Helpful, and any other positive adjectives you can think of - Every line of code you write will make it to thousands of clients and contribute towards their productivity - A lot of upskilling opportunities are provided by means of Tech Bytes, hackathons, and learning programs - A lot of opportunities to hone one's soft skills through being a Trainer, Interviewer, and several team meetings - Permanent Work From Home

...e communications from the management. Hopefully, this does not become a pattern - Pay increments have started becoming a concern

-As Per industrial Company give you Half salary. -No growth here no future plan for Employees - Old Employees are here who is working from 5+ Year in Same Company they become manager with less tech skill. Who does not have any new tech knowledge. - Engineering Manager try to tech you but they don't have any knowledge.

Likes

The internal learning program, Tech Bytes really helps to add new tech/learning to the skills. Flexible work timing and hybrid work mode help to balance personal and professional life. Very good work culture.

Salary compensation is not bad but it needs to be corrected as per the market standard
