Salary Package is good. Pleasant working environment. Company provide cab facility. Provides Lunch and Dinner. Working time is best 9 -6 and 10-7. Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which we cannot even think of resigning. On the job, training is not given to new joiners neither did I got the training when I joined.
