CEO is a nice person, good colleagues, nice environment, no politics in my team

...ersons who told others work as their work. These people only will get best hike. Hard working employees will get less or no hike. Management should monitor who is working and who is acting. No work from home. Leave policy also very bad.

Internal politics is too much and the employee job security depends on these plotics if you can fit in then there would be no problem, if you dont then the real problem starts.

I am very happy to have a job in enterpi, they always encourage me, management always takecare on us and they will provide what we went

There nothing to say disadvantages about organisation but this year is bad year for organisation we not celebrated even one event I hope that next year will be better an good year for us

Very very very bad politics, If it will continue like this. no one will stay long there, and company too... Mainly one guy is maintaining the whole company, that guy will behave like he knows everything in the world. And if you praise him continuously you can stay long time there.

If you want to learn technologies on your own and implement then they will allow you to do on new things. Salary appraisal's will be based on the performance and some what low when compared to industry standards.

Only few technologies and need to implement all the technologies.
