Employees are treated equally here. Information passing is done in a very transparent manner. Team is small so coordination is simpler. Customers recognise Ensto as quality manufacturers.

Micro-management is bit of a problem sometimes. Heads of department can take more onus of looking after their team members' issues & reduce burden on top management for small matters. Management should take more care of identifying & providing training needs to team for their continuous development.
