Micro-management is bit of a problem sometimes. Heads of department can take more onus of looking after their team members' issues & reduce burden on top management for small matters. Management should take more care of identifying & providing training needs to team for their continuous development.

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations.
