I really enjoy the collaborative environment at Ensavior Technologies P Ltd. There is strong sense of teamwork, where everyone's ideas and contributions are valued. I appreciate how leadership encourages innovation and continuous learning which helps me grow professionally.

Dislikes

One thing i find challenging, sometimes it become difficult to maintain work -life balance. While i understand that certain situations require flexibility, i emphasize that company should ensure healthier work life balance.

1. Company culture is very good, modern style, engaging and employee centric environment. 2. Good fun activities keep on happening like birthday celebration, festival celebrations etc. It keeps up the happy and healthy environment withing the organization. 3. Working culture between the Sr. Staff and Junior staff is very friendly and respectful yet professional. 4. Very supportive environment for new employee and making them comfortable. Giving them full support and training in understanding their work. There is lot to say... but overall, very good organization to work with.

I absolutely love working here ! The company culture is incredibly supportive and my colleagues are like my second family. I do feel valved for the work I do and leadership is always , providing growth opportunities. I'm excited about the future and grateful to be the part of such positive and innovative workplace.

I dislike working on Saturdays . I wish one day all Saturdays will is consider as off day along with the 2nd Saturday.

Great place to work here, I'm learning special skills specially PICV values & Actuvators, regarding UVGI System lamps, dry scrubbers, Thermal energy storage tanks. positive mind set, boosting up self confidence.
