a. work environment is sad and depressing due to high amount of politics from few senior leads b. due to high work pressure a developer has to spend lengthy working hours in office and this will put toll on mental health c. lot of office politics in higher management which is causing a lot of bad morale towards juniors d. these days one of the senior is busy working on his personal life celebration instead of focusing on project f. still using old stack

1. Work life balance is not up to par here and totally mess nowadays 2. Non-tech product managers causing headaches for developers in newly acquired product. Poor communication, unrealistic timelines, lack of product knowledge and decision making struggles hindering workflow 3. Failed leadership 4. Unrealistic workload 5. In the sake of making you strong, you get teased a lot in meetings 6. No support from few tech leads because of lack of skills and competencies which are not upto current market standards. most of them are enjoying as government job

No proper assignment of work Managers keep appraisal for themselves and not pass it down Few female employees feel unsafe because of few managers and their behavior towards them in meetings and cafeteria Biggest turn down in this organization is few long term employees involved in dirty politics and not letting others grow inside engineering department No scope of career growth

Very Unhealthy Environment, Promotions are not on Time even though your work meets expectation. They will judge you based on your social media and gossips heard by others. At last they will brain wash you saying you are only wrong and make you resign . If you want to risk your mental health join and ruin .
