Poor communication, unrealistic timelines, lack of product knowledge and decision making struggles hindering workflow 3. Failed leadership 4. Unrealistic workload 5. In the sake of making you strong, you get teased a lot in meetings 6. No support from few tech leads because of lack of skills and competencies which are not upto current market standards. most of them are enjoying as government job

Very Unhealthy Environment, Promotions are not on Time even though your work meets expectation. They will judge you based on your social media and gossips heard by others. At last they will brain wash you saying you are only wrong and make you resign . If you want to risk your mental health join and ruin .
