Work life balance was good. Working at the company on live client request and coming up with resolutions was satisfying.

...r high level role during the interview, but made me settle for entry level role. The company would deduct small amounts from my salary, and the manager would come up with explanations saying that it will be cleared in the next cycle, which never happened. The manager was highly manipulative, and kept on discouraging professionally so as to avoid appraisals. There is no job security. On completion of the work for the day there is very little scope to develop your skills or getting trained for higher roles. Less qualified employees who have been with the company for longer period of time are paid less but promoted. New more qualified employees are made to work under them. Knowledge gaps create friction and the managers feel threatened. The company shares have declined and employees do not feel comfortable opening up with colleagues with the fear of backlash from the seniors.

Work life balance. They don't encourage overtime work.

There is lot of politics and the management doesn't address my issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. Position dominance factor is a lot

The work-life balance is ok. If you are new joinee, you will get a good hike on your last salary. The process is easy to understand but the system doesn't support the demands of the clients

Management is negligent on most of the things. Line managers plays with people's emotions and when it comes to giving hikes they choose the bigger piece of cake for themselves and provide peanuts to subordinates. One cannot go against manager's will otherwise you will not get a promotion or good hike. They give lame reason for not promoting people and dissolve your confidence so you shouldn't ask for promotion further. Management throws subordinates under the bus. Even if you get a promotion you will barely get a 10-13% hike. Hire/Fire policy is quite common, not a good culture to flourish for freshers. There is no pressure on work side but your growth will always be a concern and management will do anything in their power to keep you at your position if you try to go against them in any way.

Enfusion provides a lot of opportunities to learn and work on complex clients and projects. The MSOps leadership team is very approachable and allows people to voice their opinions and work independently without any micro management. Classroom trainings and buddy support provided to all new joiners in MSOps are very effective and helps them to settle down in their jobs smoothly. Managers conduct regular meetings with the teams and provide feedback which helps in career pathing and tracking employee performance. The company rolls out a yearly Employee Engagement Survey to all staff and works on all areas where the rating is not good.

I have been with the company for the past 1.5 years, and I have a total of 7 years of experience. Overall, the company is quite good, offering a lot of global exposure. Its vision and mission are clear, and it operates in a dynamic environment, unlike many other organizations where there are numerous employees and growth tends to be slow. In my time here, I have learned more in 1.5 years than I did in the previous 6 years. My go to manager in india, who has been with the company for 5 years, leads our team, and many of my colleagues have an average tenure of about 3 years. Also, I think the HR team consistently works to implement new initiatives, whether through employee assistance programs or perks like offering Zomato food delivery etc. I guess its a good company but the branding is not that much.

Sometimes, the perspective is very USA-centric, but it really depends on the team. I have a manager in the US who is very transparent about a lot of things, and I’m grateful to have such a manager. The company should consider opening offices in other locations. They are not strict about requiring people to come to the office, especially in the Bangalore office. While this flexibility might seem beneficial to some, I believe many of us would prefer to spend at least three days in the office to get to know our colleagues better. Additionally, the company should focus on acquiring clients in India, as they currently have clients in most other regions but not in India.
