The working time and overtime is boring, canteen facility is so worst, also no travel or bus facility is given.

1. Overburdened employees 2. Tasks are given such that it will never get completed in a shift 3. Have to work for 12 hours so many times without getting paid for over time 4. Lot of times you have to work on Sunday Note : - This is only about B20 plant in chakan, don't about the rest of the plants
