Nothing much to talk about likes. Maybe some lies can be written as likes but afraid to fool someone whoes reading this before joining. Don't join unless you are jobless. That too you can try to get job for 1/2 months if not found you can join as optional.

...m work entry punch to out punch everything. Every step, every moment is dislike. Can't give zero stars to Work life balance, salary, promotion, Because it doesn't exist. Can't give negative stars to work satisfaction & company culture... .. better Ambition Box need to modify their question pattern.. beside choosing stars give option to mention percentage. For this company 1 star = -100% to 0%.

One thing I like about the company n everyone with the brain can agree with it that the company provide employment to less fortunate people who r in need to get hired

Work culture is like a spectrum. Nothin to learn here , Auto component manufacturing companies r outdated with no growth to employees N less salary hike too

Saturday holiday 5 days working. Salary is at Par.

Learning opportunities are very poor. Too much top down approach. Feild "On ground" realities are superceded by perception based thoughts of higher Management. No frank and open discussion happening. Top management want you to speak what they like. Very high ego coupled with arrogance prevent facts being discussed for solutions of issues. Top management want to impress Owners and hence they don't allow 2nd layer to openly discuss different opinions and ideas.

Seniors are friendly and always try to let you do new things.Also food and transportation facility are also good.

...don't even pay the full payment at a time and also force you for doing overtime.I've not got 1 month salary yet because the contract didn't given it to me.

...d the employees. Which leads to poor safety environment. Hazardous work place. Unlawful pay or under pay than the standard pay rates decided by the legal workers union. Furthermore, The concerns regarding asking employees to extend thier shifts regardless of employees freewill is a major concern. Due to less workforce the shift supervisors literally asks the new employees to extend thier shift which causes near miss incidents or fatigue and failure in work life. Transportation provided by company is worst has no fixed time. Agents pretty much charges half of the salarry for no reason. This guy named Bharti is a utter biased fellow who literally gambles on our job profiles Poor work structure Less safety or infact no safety work environment
