Learning opportunities are very poor. Too much top down approach. Feild "On ground" realities are superceded by perception based thoughts of higher Management. No frank and open discussion happening. Top management want you to speak what they like. Very high ego coupled with arrogance prevent facts being discussed for solutions of issues. Top management want to impress Owners and hence they don't allow 2nd layer to openly discuss different opinions and ideas.

This company's is Automobile company.....Its company 95% work for Bajaj company......No quality maintain only focus on quantity. No handwash available for any washroom which are related worker and very bad cleaning but available for staff washroom. No focus on saftey and 5S implementation(specially GDC department) if any person come for visit from outside....then focus on saftey and 5S for some hours. HR not responding in case of casual worker going HR office for any complaints
