Work life balance is almost 0 working almost 12hrs or 2shifts everyday with no compensation. Too much of office politics. Almost every manager and HODs are rude and behaves unprofessionally . No trainings for career growth are provided and the canteen food is just the worst.

Poor management in disc brake plant. HR are always involved in politics. Marathi people try to take advantage. During lockdown they lay off candidate without any reason. And consider outside candidate like from Bihar. Worst HR I have seen in my entire career. VP always protect his relatives working in plant.

The work life balance is zero, due to man power reduction our family life gets disturbed.

Every issue is to be processed thru our superior, cost cutting and reduction in cost is the main target, so we get targetted in these issues
