Always problem about fund. Salary not pay on time, materials not available for work at site due to fund problem. I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client call in the evening and some times late night, which is a pain some times.

I had the prerequisites to venture into the management of financials and business development and operations, thoroughly satisfied with performance.

I have never criticized any company or any management for any matter. All executives are in persuit of individual Goals. The new employee has to focus on the targets to be achieved, share his experiences, create opportunities for his new organisation.
